Key Features

HeMed is a UK-based digital healthcare platform focused on men\'s weight management and long-term metabolic health. The company provides clinician-led weight management programmes designed to help men understand their health, monitor progress, and receive personalised medical support throughout their journey. Unlike conventional weight management programmes, HeMed combines at-home health testing with ongoing clinical supervision. Every new member starts with an at-home, needle-free blood test that measures 10 important health markers across cardiovascular health, liver function, blood sugar, and thyroid function. Registered clinicians review the results and medical history before deciding whether treatment is appropriate. HeMed offers personalised care plans with ongoing clinical support, weekly in-app check-ins, progress tracking, nutrition guidance, and discreet home delivery. Members also receive an at-home blood test every six months to monitor changes in their metabolic health and help clinicians review their treatment plans. The platform is designed to make professional weight management more accessible and convenient for men in the UK. Its digital-first approach allows members to complete eligibility assessments, access healthcare support, track their progress, and manage their programmes online. Key features include clinician-reviewed treatment plans, at-home needle-free blood testing, regular health monitoring, personalised support, in-app progress tracking, nutrition and lifestyle guidance, and discreet delivery. HeMed is part of the SheMed Group and works with regulated healthcare and pharmacy partners in the UK. Its clinical services are provided through registered healthcare professionals, with prescription treatments offered only when clinically appropriate. By combining medical oversight, health testing, and ongoing support, HeMed aims to provide a more comprehensive approach to men\'s weight management and long-term metabolic health.
